At Bennet Education, we aim to provide valuable and practical support to every teacher we work with. Due to the digital nature of our products and the time-based nature of our coaching sessions, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

Digital Products
All digital products (including downloadable resources and toolkits) are non-refundable. Once access has been granted, the sale is final.

1:1 Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the full session fee being forfeited. Refunds are not available for missed or unused appointments.
